Know how you’ll pay before you ride.
Meter or fixed price, cash, card or account. The choice is yours, and it’s on the booking.
No fares or rates are published yet. Figures will appear only once they come from the official schedule.
Three ways to pay for a ride.
| The meter | A fixed price | An account | |
|---|---|---|---|
| How the price is set | By the meter, from pick-up to drop-off, following Victoria’s regulated taxi fares once the schedule is loaded in. | Quoted by us for that one job, before it’s locked in. You can say no. | Each trip is charged to the account instead of paid one ride at a time. |
| Best for | Everyday trips where the route is simple. | Airport runs, long trips, parcels and regular work. | Teams and regular riders with set routes. |
| What you do | Choose it, or just leave it as the default. | Tick “Request a fixed price” when you book. | Register your interest; accounts open later. |
| More | Cash, card or tap and go in the vehicle. | How fixed price works | Account booking |
